I have placed an order and has not yet been sent. Can I still cancel this?

My product is damaged? What now?
Take a few photos and email it to email@example.com. Also state your name, address and order number. We look after everything and let you know something as soon as possible.
I've had second thoughts and wish to send my product back, how do I do this?
If your product has no damage, unopened and the seal is still intact, it can be exchanged. You do this by contacting us via the contact form on the contact page.

I would like to stop or pause my subscription
This is not a problem. Every subscription (Regular Delivery) can be cancelled at any time and free of charge. You can manage this yourself via Your account or by contacting us via the contact page. If your last order has not yet been dispatched, it can usually still be cancelled.
Legal: Delivery of the order
The delivery times indicated by the seller are only provided to indicatively and do not connect the seller. A slowdown in the delivery of the order can therefore under no circumstances give rise to any compensation, interest, breakdown of the agreement and / or suspension of customer's obligations. The order will only be delivered to the customer or will only be carried out after integrated payment. The transfer of ownership and the risks takes place at the time of the integrated payment of the order.
