I have placed an order and has not yet been sent. Can I still cancel this?

You can cancel your order by contacting us via the contact form.

My product is damaged? What now?

Take a few photos and email it to hello@metissupplements.com. Also state your name, address and order number. We look after everything and let you know something as soon as possible.

I came up with me and wish to send my product back, how do I do this?

If your product has no damage, unopened and the seal is still intact, it can be exchanged. You do this by contacting us via the contact form on the contact page.

Legal: Delivery of the order  

The delivery times indicated by the seller are only provided to indicatively and do not connect the seller. A slowdown in the delivery of the order can therefore under no circumstances give rise to any compensation, interest, breakdown of the agreement and / or suspension of customer's obligations. The order will only be delivered to the customer or will only be carried out after integrated payment. The transfer of ownership and the risks takes place at the time of the integrated payment of the order. The Customer is therefore informed that he is the only manner to bear the risks associated with delivery.
