When will my be order sent?

After receiving your payment, the order will be prepared within 2 working days before shipment. This will arrive within 3 days depending on the distance. All orders are sent from Belgium.

Is it possible to request an express shipment?

At the moment we do not yet offer this option. If you were interested in it, you can certainly contact us.

How is it sent?

The products are sent by corrier PostNL, these shipments are C02 neutral. You get a track & trace code to follow your package.

Legal: Delivery of the order  

The delivery times indicated by the seller are only provided to indicatively and do not connect the seller. A slowdown in the delivery of the order can therefore under no circumstances give rise to any compensation, interest, breakdown of the agreement and / or suspension of customer's obligations. The order will only be delivered to the customer or will only be carried out after integrated payment. The transfer of ownership and the risks takes place at the time of the integrated payment of the order.
